The purpose of the pool house was to extend the home's outdoor entertainment space as well as add an office/craft space, sauna, and storage for lawn equipment including a riding lawnmower. The pool house is located on the site such that a basement space is utilized to house all lawncare equipment and access to the riding lawnmower. The outdoor entertainment space aligns with the pool entry. A double sided fireplace creates a subtle connection between the bar and grill area and the covered seating area.
