We are seeking an office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate is described below. This is an in-person position at Ario Studio's office in downtown Travelers Rest, SC.

In this position, you can expect to do the following:
Purchasing & Vendor Relations
-
Order materials, furnishings, and supplies from vendors for projects and for office use
-
Solicit and organize quotes for furnishings, décor, and architectural products
-
Draft pro-forma invoices and keep purchasing systems up to date

Set up new vendor accounts and manage ongoing accounts

Manage inventory
-
Correspond with vendors and suppliers via email
Project Support
-
Create new project folders and set up new projects in studio systems
-
Create and update project timelines
-
Schedule meetings and prepare the conference room for clients/guests
Marketing & Sales
-
Upload and schedule social media content
-
Assist with the creation of pitch decks for awards submissions and industry publication features

Manage and update Ario Studio’s CRM
-
Schedule prospect meetings
General Office & Client Relations
-
Handle miscellaneous office-related errands
-
Correspond on behalf of Ario Studio with clients, vendors, and industry partners via email and written correspondence.

Coordinate client gifts - flowers, curated gifts, and holiday packages from selection through delivery

Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
-
Maintain general office organization and supply inventory
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or a similar support role
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
-
Excellent written communication skills - you write with clarity, warmth, and attention to tone
-
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
-
Experience with CRM platforms and/or project management tools is a plus
-
Familiarity with interior design, architecture, or a related creative field is a plus but is not a requirement
Compensation:
-
$22–$26/hour, commensurate with experience
-
20 hours per week, part-time
